1. Create a new folder on your desktop and place your image file(s) in it.
2. Name the new folder created above with your name or company name.
3. If using an FTP client other than a browser, enter the information given in your email from Framelines and use the FTP client to transfer files; otherwise open your Web browser.
4. In the address line, type:  ftp://ftp1.framelinesphoto.com
5. In the login box, enter your username (if not already entered) and password.
6. With the browser open, simply drag and drop your files into the active window. Transfer time will vary, depending on your equipment and connection speeds.
7. After submitting your file(s), please email your order details along with the folder and file name(s) to ftp@framelinesphoto.com (clicking here will open your email program with the subject already in place).
